The Movember Foundation is the principal funder of IRONMAN, having invested over AUD $7.8 million within its first 3 years.
Movember is the leading global men's health charity, investing in biomedical research, clinical quality and survivorship. Through a community of over 5 million men and women across 21 countries, it has raised over AUD$850 million and invested in over 1,200 projects within prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health & suicide prevention.

Supporting Funder - Distinguished Gentleman's Ride
The Movember Foundation is the official charity partner of the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride. Both organisations share one simple common goal: giving more life to our fathers, sons, brothers and friends. Funds raised by the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride are invested by the Movember Foundation in local and global prostate cancer research and mental health and suicide prevention projects. Since 2016, funding from DGR campaigns have been invested in IRONMAN globally as follows:
- UK - In 2017: GBP £315k + EUR €350k and in 2018: GBP £219k
- USA - In 2018: USD $57k
- Rest of World - In 2016: EUR €83k, 2017: USD $116k and in 2018: EUR €161k
